This site has been designed to make buying your selected instruction course in the Totally Expert online store as easy and convenient as possible.
Simply select your course and you will be presented with detailed information about your chosen product. We aim to ensure this information is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Our prices are shown in UK pounds (GBP) and the online transaction will take place in this currency.
When you want to purchase a product click on the 'add to basket' button. When you have finished adding products to your basket, enter your voucher code (if any), click OK, and proceed to the checkout, fill in your details and leave the rest to us.
Ordering by Telephone
If you would prefer to talk to us or contact the office to discuss particular requirements, please do not hesitate to call us on 0845 862 6862. UK subscribers will be charged a local call rate. Mobile operators may charge more according to your service plan. Out of the UK you will charged your operator's appropriate rate for an International call.
Modifying an Order
Your order can be changed at any time prior to submitting payment details. Once you have completed the payment details and submitted them, your software download and unlock codes are already on their way. You can no longer modify the order at that point. If you discover that you have ordered incorrectly, you will need to contact us as soon as possible (see the Contact page) to correct the error.
Overseas Orders
You can order from any country since all products are downloadable and there is no delivery system or charge. You must observe your own local laws with regard to ordering products from this site.
Delivery Charges
All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT (sales tax). There will be no additions to the advertised price of our products for VAT or other taxes. The price you see is the price you pay.
Please note we are required by law to collect VAT regardless of where in the world you are when placing your order.
Delivery Policy
In the normal course of business, your product will be downloadable within minutes of your order being accepted and payment approved. There may be delays for reasons beyond our control, since internet email or download is not a 100% guaranteed delivery method. If you do not receive your download instructions within 24 hours, please contact us (see the Contact page) and we will trace your order and rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Order Confirmation
We do not pass on any other details of your order to any third party. You will get an email confirmation of your order which acts as your receipt. You will get email confirmations of payment from the transaction handler that you have used.
Returns Policy and Cancellation Rights
If you are in any way disappointed with the course, you have 30 days to claim a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us on 0845 862 6862 as quickly as possible. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (2000) and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)(Amendment) Regulations 2005, you may cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. We extend this to 30 days under our 30 Day Moeny Back Guarantee.
Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 30 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Making a Complaint
Our customer service phone line is operated between 9am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. A voicemail service is in operation at all other times. You may also email or complete the feedback form.
We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days.
